Shipping Policy

We take great care in shipping your pottery. Unlike clothing or electronics, pottery requires a larger box and ample packing materials. For environmental reasons, we use biodegradable packing peanuts.

All packages are shipped either UPS ground or USPS priority. We will notify you when it has been sent. You'll receive a tracking number with your shipping notification. Most orders ship within two weeks. In some cases the pieces have to be made and fired, in which case it may take a little longer. Let us know if you have a time constraint.
